Evo Brake Rotors Upgrade

What good our rotor that don't improve your braking performance, that's why we got aftermarket brakes. Rotora brake rotors use a two piece design to compensate for the different expansion rates between the hat and disc, which helps eliminate the potential for disc warpage. Rotora disc being a two piece design also means you don't have to purchase the entire kit the next time you wear your brake discs out.  Only Rotora brake rotors provide that convenience. Just purchase new Rotora brake discs and re-install the old hats. This can potentially save you a good bit of money, especially if you drive your Evo hard.

The Rotora brakes are also slotted to constantly refresh the pad face and allow for maximum contact between the pad and disc surface. In contrast, the stock Evo  Rotora disc use pillar vanes, which are not able to pump air as well, leading to a hotter running brake disc.

Rotora brake rotors use high quality materials and components. The Rotora brake rotors are high carbon content iron with zinc plating for added corrosion resistance. The top hats are developed using 6061 T 6 billet aluminum with a gunmetal finish for a performance oriented look.

Developed to replace the OEM 12.7 front and 12.0 rear rotors, Rotora high-performance rotors for the Mitsubishi Evolution VIII are designed to meet the challenges of track and road racing. CNC machined and mill balanced within 150g/cm to prevent vibration.

Rotora performance replacement rotors features slotted, cross-drilled, or cross-drilled and slotted combination: all are applied to the discs front and back surfaces to ensure maximum heat and gas dissipation for greater stopping power and minimize warping and cracking caused by repeated, high stress, high temperature braking.

In exceeding all vehicle manufacturers specifications and tolerances, Rotora Mitsubishi Evolution performance brake rotors match the vehicles OEM brake disc dimensions and are fully compatible with its hubs, brake callipers and wheels. With an (black) plating finish as an added protective layer to reduce corrosion and prolong rotor life.
