RMR Air Intake Filter Kit Lancer Evolution VIII

To gain power from the 4G63, RMR designed a fully enclosed air box to house a RMR intake performance filter.

The RMF Evolution is an incredible machine and rivals much more expensive cars.  Out of the box, the RMF Evo  has great performance and one of the best handling.  Even though the 4G63 is very efficient, the factory intake is a huge restriction and was geared towards bringing the engine noise down.  RMR decided to bring out an air filter kit for the Evo for extract as much power out of the 4G63 as they can without going expensive.

The RMR intake system uses the basic theory of pure induction volume. We used a high flow filter with twice the needed filter area to insure our kit will be able to keep with any amount horse power.   Fits the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8.  Expect to get 10 WHP extra which is a equivalent of saving off 100 lbs off the car and will give you much more low end torque.  Your turbo will also spool faster which will give you a much wider power band to play with.
